Oasis Living uses smart technology to coordinate fixing of maintenance issues. We fix minor issues in a day and major issues within 3 days on average. We provide landlords with a handyman service complete free for first first each month, which means most landlords will simply ask us to go and take care of small issues (given there is no cost to them) - which makes our tenants happier faster
