- No parties or loud music at all. this is a residential block with other residents

- Kindly take off your shoes every time you enter the flat.

- Please leave the flat in the same condition you found it - please wipe surfaces in kitchen and bathroom and put all litter in the trash bin

- The person who booked the place needs to be present at checkin. If you are booking on someone else's behalf you need to share with us the actual guest's email address and phone number, so that we can reach the person that will actually stay at the property. This is important especially if we are in two different time zones.

- Please ensure the flat's door is locked at all times. It is also your responsibility to lock every window in the flat at any time when you leave the premises.
