With easy access to Ibiza’s most famous beach, you can enjoy golden sands, upscale dining, and lively beach clubs. Whether you're seeking luxury or mid-range spots, everything you need is right at your doorstep. The property is in a modern building with high spec amenities. Each bedroom is large and has ample space with a large bed and lots of storage space and wardrobes Each bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom. You can view the Balearic sea from each bedroom and also from the lounge area that faces the sea and the communal private swimming pool that is accessible only to building residents (Please ask us if you want to see pictures of swimming pool, beach and other facilities - we have already included some pictures of the beach in the nearby restaurants in the pictures - each of which are within 1-3 mins walk from the apartment) The kitchen is fully equipped with modern cutlery, crockery, oven, hob and a large fridge. If you tell us about your grocery and beverage preferences and want the fridge stocked prior to arrival, please request it in advance, and we will do our best to welcome you with a fully stocked fridge at a reasonable extra cost. There is a separate laundry area next to the kitchen that has washer/dryer unit You will also have access to private parking in the basement of the building during your stay. Separately, there is a large free parking area next door and plenty of free and paid parking on the street nearby. Equally, you can take a taxi everywhere - given the central location of the apartment, it is very easy to call an Uber or use the Taxiclick app to get a taxi within a few minutes. There is a 24 hour taxi stand within a couple of minutes walk on the main road as well.
